phwin22 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Person

phwin22 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. You may not register or maintain more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, or any other identifying information. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and all associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

phwin22 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion charges are applied by phwin22, though third-party payment provider fees may apply at the provider level.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph;
• Minimum deposit is ₱200 for BPI, BDO, and UnionBank bank transfers;
• Deposits are credited to your phwin22 wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider;

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms and will expire automatically if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;

6.1 General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed by the phwin22 system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where an error is identified by phwin22 in its sole discretion;
• phwin22 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed at incorrect odds, was subject to a system error, or was placed in violation of these Terms;

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, phwin22's decision, based on available official data sources, shall be final and binding.

6.3 Live Casino Specific Rules

For live dealer games, the game round begins when the dealer announces "no more bets" or equivalent. Any wager placed after this announcement will not be accepted by the phwin22 system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, phwin22 will resolve the round based on recorded game data. The outcome of a live casino round, once determined, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin22 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so;

• Decisions made by phwin22 in good faith to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account pursuant to these Terms;

phwin22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, phwin22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwin22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification or due diligence requirements;
• Suspected engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to meet applicable eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Account inactivity in accordance with phwin22's dormant account policy;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account action;
• Account closure requested by the player, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account termination for cause, phwin22 may freeze, forfeit, or retain any balance or pending winnings associated with the account pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause or at the player's voluntary request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

phwin22 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the phwin22 Platform, account, wager, payment, or any other matter, you should follow the steps below:

All disputes must be raised in good faith and within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phwin22 will not consider disputes raised outside this period. phwin22's decision on any dispute, following the completion of the internal review process, shall be final and binding except where overridden by applicable law or regulatory decision.

phwin22 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, operational needs, technological changes, or any other reason phwin22 deems appropriate.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their phwin22 account, or by prominent notice on the phwin22 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phwin22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact phwin22 support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phwin22 operates in compliance with applicable regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming activities in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights or obligations of either party under applicable Philippine law.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phwin22 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
